I was born and raised in Tapah, Perak, growing up in Tong Wah Estate, where food was always at the heart of family life. My native languages are Telugu and Tamil, and my love for cooking was inherited from my mother and grandmother — two incredible home cooks who believed that food is best when shared with love.
After getting married in 2013, I moved to Penang, a place that deepened my appreciation for Malaysia’s rich food culture. While I once worked as a Sales Support Executive in the telecommunications industry, my heart was always drawn back to the kitchen. Eventually, I decided to follow that passion and turn it into something meaningful.
Today, I host hands-on cooking classes in Penang, introducing guests to authentic Malay, Chinese, and Indian Malaysian dishes. Beyond cooking, I’m a nature lover who enjoys walking, hiking, playing in the rain, chasing waterfalls, and traveling purely for food experiences.
This journey doesn’t stop here — I dream of sharing more stories through blogs and vlogs, and one day becoming a YouTuber who celebrates food, culture, and everyday life in Malaysia.
