For guests staying outside George Town, the meeting point will be confirmed 1 day prior to the tour and shared via WhatsApp or email.

Guests are kindly requested to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Meeting point or pickup details may be adjusted at short notice due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.

• Hotel pickup is available for accommodations located within George Town

• For hotels outside George Town, pickup or meeting point details will be confirmed 1 day prior to the tour

• Not recommended for travellers with serious heart problems or other major medical conditions

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted for travellers aged 18 and above only

• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If cancelled due to not meeting the minimum, you will be offered an alternative date/experience or a full refund

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
